Claims Consultant

The COA Claims Consultant class is designed for persons involved in or desiring to be retained as claims consultants/expert witnesses.  This class is mandatory for joining COA's The Right Direction^SM Network but is open to anyone desiring to further their understanding of the claims management process.  This narrated class covers working as an expert consultant from the initial contact regarding a matter to deposition and trial.  The unwritten protocol of expert consultants is discussed in detail.  Enjoy this class and understand the basics of the legal consulting arena to avoid mistakes!

This class is approximately 65 minutes of narrated slides with numerous pages of actual legal case examples for review after enjoying the slide show.  Completion requires passing a 25 question final exam (70% minimum score).

 For a limited time, passing of the COA Claims Consultant class includes a free one-year membership in the Association of Expert Building Consultants. Only $199.
