These classes are a must for anyone considering the Home Inspection Profession. Our experienced instructors will teach you not only the technical aspects of home inspection, but the must know information to run a profitable business.

The class will include 40+ hours of classroom lecture and up to 20 hours of actual site inspections and review.  In IL as a prerequisite for sitting for the examination, you must successfully complete at least 60 hours of pre-license education from an education provider approved and licensed by OBRE

You will receive the Systems and Standards 2nd edition book (retail $159) and Code Check Complete (retail $40) and pre-class presentations.
