What our clients say about us:

Thank you so much, Mike!
I am so glad that we were put in contact with your company for questions
that we have on these inspector claims----I so appreciate  your thorough
& timely reports----a huge help!  Thanks again!  Kathy, NJ TPA claims manager.

Mike:  Case resolved, thanks for all your help on this.  David, Ohio attorney.

Mike:  Thanks for your help in this matter.  The claimant is accepting our terms.  Anna, FL attorney.

Mike:  It was a good day at arbitration.  Thanks.  David, CA attorney.

Note to home inspectors:  If you are specifying Construction Arbitration Services, Inc. (CAS) as the Arbitration Service in your contract dispute resolution clause, we suggest removing this company, they have ceased operations.  We recommend that you contact your insurance company and/or attorney familiar with your state laws to provide alternative services or contract alternative dispute resolution language.  We also recommend that your attorney review the April 27, 2011, United States Supreme Court opinion regarding validity of ADR clauses in AT&T Mobility LLC v. Concepcion
