COA National Network - Professionals Only Need Apply!

Yes, we mean it. Our National Network of Claims Consultants is made up of the top Home and Building Inspectors, Construction Managers and Real Estate Professionals. If you think you fit that category then we would like to meet you. First, fill out our confidential qualifications questionnaire. If our committee application review process reveals your qualifications and experience meet our Network requirements, your next step is to take and pass The online COA Claims Consultant course and examination online. Once you pass you will be eligible for membership in AEBC (one FREE annual membership to AEBC is provided to those who take the online COA Claims Consultant course and examination) and be qualified for our National Network. It is that simple.  Note:  Fees apply to the course/exam and AEBC annual membership dues.  You are not obligated to do either by filling out the questionnaire; you can choose to continue once your form is evaluated.

Steps to become a COA National Network Member:

1)  Fill out and submit the "Join Today" form below. You must attach your curriculum vitae where required.  NOTE: A minimum 5 years in the inspection profession and 1000 inspections are required.  Additional preferred, but not required, experiences are noted on the form. 

2)  Wait for the return Approval to Proceed or Additional Experience Needed email from COA.  This is a separate email from the "thank you" email and normally takes up to 10 business days.

3)  Take and Pass the online COA Claims Consultant course.  Once completed you will be added to the COA Network Qualified Consultant Database.

4)  We recommend completing these requirements as soon as possible as the number of our COA Network Claims Consultants are limited per geographical area.
